Midlands Organized Response for Equity and Justice is a coalition of 35 synagogues and churches that work together to address poverty and injustice in the Midlands. Current goals of safe affordable housing in the Midlands and crisis intervention training for law enforcement personnel

Shandon members can help move these goals forward by attending the Nehemiah Action Assembly at 6:30 p.m. Monday, April 4, at the Columbia Convention Center.

Carpooling is encouraged. Transportation by a Shandon bus can accommodate 14 passengers. To reserve a seat on the bus, contact Brittany Young, byoung@shandonpresbyterian.org.
